The location was marvellous and amazing, just off the river, boulevardi republika and both Gorica and Mangalem neighbourhoods, the town center, and the city centre and easily accessible. The atmosphere created was quiet. Our breakfasts were lovely with great views.

The staff were caring and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Our room itself was absolutely perfect and tidy with beautiful view from the balcony.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Good location in a fairly nice area really close to the center of Berat, the main square and the historic centre. The caring and nice staff working throughout the hotel. The rooms with lovely shared balcony and beautiful view, as for instance.

The setting was magnificent, really close to the historic centre and the river, boulevardi republika and both Gorica and Mangalem neighbourhoods and gorgeous Berat. The staff were caring and amiable and made me feel comfortable. Enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge in the room;)))

The bed was horrible, unfortunately.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Ideal hotel located not far from the castle, and the main square. Gorgeous breakfast with great views, friendly workers. The a double room was neat with beautiful view from the balcony, the bed was comfortable. Top location, right in the old town...

The hotel was in a top and perfect location short walk to Mangalem neighbourhoods as well as the historic centre. The room was modern and provided with the balcony and beautiful view, for example. I had a warm welcome, caring and helpful staff. I greatly enjoyed this property and would love to come back.

Everything was perfect, amicable staff made our stay comfortable! The rooms we had were tidy and with the balcony, beautiful view.
